David is an enthusiastic web developer with years of experience helping small and large businesses establish and optimize their online presence. He is passionate, in particular, about WordPress development and has a variety of experience working with hundreds of different WordPress themes and plugins to find the perfect setup for each business’s unique needs. He is constantly staying updated on the latest speed, security, and SEO best practices for WordPress and is excited to share those findings with his clients.
When he’s not obsessing over a website project, he is working on his novel, watching a movie, or enjoying a good hike.
Career highlights:
David started his web development journey through his own small business: a tutoring company that he ran for 5 years and that helped hundreds of K-12 students with homework and ACT prep. He quickly learned the fundamentals of SEO, online marketing, eCommerce, and web design as he built and maintained the company website where customers found tutors, booked sessions, and made payments.
Eventually, he realized that he loved the web development side of his business so much that he wanted to do this full-time. So he sold the business and, over the next few years, dove deeper into web development while he expanded his skills through full-time freelancing. Now, he is excited to apply that experience to O|M’s clients.
Andrew Thorn is the founder of O|M, Incorporated. Andrew and the entire O|M team provide CMO-level services to large & small organizations nationally.
After more than a decade of working in the corporate world for fortune 500 companies (Gannett, Tegna, G\O Digital, News Press-Gazette), Andrew decided that a marketing company is defined by its people, not by products or profits. O|M is comprised of a team that truly finds purpose in making a difference by helping businesses and organizations thrive.

Andrew earned a double major in finance and marketing from the University of Nebraska, during which he worked full-time marketing for a $17M+ grossing home appliance store (Schaefer’s TV & Appliance).
Jennifer adds over 16 years of experience managing millions of dollars in digital marketing for the Who’s Who of US Advertisers: McDonald’s, Coldwell Banker, top national health care institutes, educational institutions, law firms, and even presenting at the White House to the Secretary of Education and the nation’s top Historically Black Colleges on marketing best practices.
Jen has over 10-years of experience running multi-million dollar lead generation strategies in the legal vertical for both small private practices and large national multi-million dollar campaigns.
Prior to joining O|M, Jennifer was the Director of Customer Success at TEGNA (formerly Gannett), one of the largest broadcasting and digital marketing agencies in the country. At TEGNA, Jen managed over $8 million in marketing revenue per year.
Jennifer is passionate about the development of digital strategy through strategic thinking, innovation, and data analysis.
